Our executive family home is located in the brand new boutique community of Acadia Estates at Formosa Gardens. This intimate gated community is the most exclusive vacation rental sub-division in central Florida. It is also the closest residential community to Walt Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after location.
The villa has luxury facilities and equipment throughout to attend to our guests every need. Our spacious living area features a state of the art Toshiba wide screen high definition television with custom surround sound system. The 5 master suites each have their own wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD combo. Our comfortable billiards room features a full size pool table, and fully equipped entertainment area with 32 inch flat screen television, PS2/DVD player, and stereo system. Our 42' x 30' screened in deck area houses one of the largest pools in the development. Speakers surround the pool area allowing you to enjoy the custom entertainment system while basking in the sun. There is a shaded dining area within the screen enclosure as well as a deluxe gas barbeque for alfresco dining. We have also included ample sling back poolside furniture for your comfort. Your safety is our concern so the house contains a security system, interconnected fire alarms, and a moveable child safety screen in the pool area.
Besides being on Disney's doorstep we are conveniently located to all the local attractions: Universal studios, designer shopping malls and outlets, and a number of top class golf courses are all within easy reach. There is a large grocery store, drug store, and numerous restaurants including TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, and Outback Steakhouse all within one mile of the home.
Our management company's office is also located within a mile of the villa. They will be more than happy to assist you in whatever way necessary. Their concierge service will be able to cater to your every need. From requests as simple as theme park tickets or dinner and show reservations, to things as lavish as deluxe car rental (HUMMER) or catered meals in your home provided by a chef. This year everyone will be able to come to a Walt Disney World's theme parks on their birthdays and get in free. The 'What will you celebrate?' campaign announced for 2010 by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts states that anyone showing up with a valid ID including proof of birthdate will get a free ticket on that day in 2010 for one of the theme parks at Disney World.
